Good Afternoon Parents and Students,

Fayette County Schools is switching from PRIVIT to RankOne as the platform to house our student physicals. If your student(s) are interested in participating in athletics or any extracurricular activity for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete this form. This includes all GHSA sports and extracurricular activities. This will allow you to upload a physical into the RankOne platform. RankOne will integrate with Infinite Campus to simplify the physical submission process. When entering a physical into the platform, you will use your student's FCBOE Student ID number.

We will no longer have access to PRIVIT after June 1st. It is our goal to have RankOne ready for physical submissions by May 24th, so please take a moment to complete this brief form. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact the athletic department.
