Here is the schedule for next week.
Read it carefully and plan ahead.
Morning practice will follow this structure: 6:30 AM arrival, 6:45 AM workout start. We will be finished by 7:45 AM. Be on time and ready to go.
If you have any issues, communicate directly with your position coach:
Sprinters: Coach Daigler
Distance: Coach Johnson
Throwers: Coach Black and Coach Ridley
Jumpers: Coach Price
Pole Vault: Coach Heaton
I understand we are trying something new with the morning format. I will give grace as we adjust, but I expect discipline and effort.
Commit to the process. Take advantage of your afternoons to focus on being a strong student and to recover the right way.
Let’s approach this week with purpose.
MONDAY
Throwers, sprinters, and jumpers have morning practice.
Distance will practice in the afternoon.
TUESDAY
JV @ Westlake. This is invite only. Look at the JV document to see if you are competing. WESTLAKE JV DOCUMENT
We have two buses leaving at 12:15 PM. Everyone competing is expected to report to B lunch. After B lunch, report directly to the gym to load the buses.
If a parent is transporting you to the meet, you must let Coach Daigler know ahead of time.
There will be an excused absence for athletes attending the Westlake meet 12:00 PM DISMISSAL. DEPARTING 12:15.
Parents if you want them to stay in school know the events start at 3:40!
Please SCAN THE QR CODE TO ACCEPT YOUR INVITATION AND TELL COACH HOW YOU ARE GETTING TO THE MEET.
If you are not competing at Westlake, you will have morning practice at 6:45 AM.
WEDNESDAY
THE CARROLLTON MEET INVITE WILL BE LIVE FOR ATHLETES TO ACCEPT
JV has the day off (no practice).
Varsity throwers, sprinters, and jumpers have morning practice.
Varsity distance will practice in the afternoon.
THURSDAY
Throwers, sprinters, and jumpers have morning practice.
Distance will practice in the afternoon.
